Philu Martins Style Design Studio is an online fashion store offering women’s and men’s designer clothing, including custom-made, made-to-order, and ready stock items.

2. Products
We do not offer digital products. All items are physical goods sold through our online platform.

3. Orders and Payments
We accept payments via HDFC Smart Gateway, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery. Once an order is placed, cancellations or edits are not allowed.

4. Returns and Refunds
As we operate on a pre-order basis, we do not offer returns or exchanges for general reasons.However, if the item received has a genuine manufacturing defect or is incorrect (i.e., doesn’tmatch your order), we will offer a refund or exchange upon verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery
● Domestic orders: 8–10 working days
● International orders: 10–15 working days
We currently do not offer real-time order tracking. While we ship internationally, some countries may have restrictions or prohibit certain items based on their import laws.

6. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you can view your order history and manually
track orders through email or contact.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.philumartins.com, including images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Philu Martins Style Design Studio. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reuse
of content is strictly prohibited.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
