Thank you for choosing Philu Martins Style Design Studio. Below is our detailed shipping policy for both domestic and international orders.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India and internationally.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 8–10 working days from the date of purchase.
Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)
● Delivery Time: Orders within India are delivered in 6–10 working days after dispatch.
● Courier Partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, and DHL & Maruti Courier.
● Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders above a certain value.
● Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders will incur handling charges based on order value.

4. International Shipping
● Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight and destination zone.
● Courier: We ship via DHL and other trusted international couriers.
● Customs & Duties: All applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees must be paid by the recipient.
● Note: We advise customers to check their country’s import policies to avoid surprises at delivery.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier service will attempt to notify both the recipient and us. The courier may attempt redelivery or return the package.

6. Redelivery
Redelivery is offered for returned packages. However, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Tracking
We currently do not offer live tracking. However, once your order is dispatched, you may receive updates via email or WhatsApp when applicable.
