At Philu Martins Style Design Studio, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is carefully made with attention to detail. Please read our refund and exchange policy below before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for General Reasons

As most of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or
exchanges for reasons such as:
● Change of mind
● Wrong size ordered
● Personal dislike after delivery
Please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Refunds and Exchanges – Valid Only for:

We offer refunds or exchanges only under the following conditions:
● You received an item with a genuine manufacturing defect
● You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)

3. Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must:
● Contact us at philumartinss@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product
●Please provide a clear unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging, along with the defect or incorrect item, to help us process your request smoothly.
● Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging,Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

● Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (HDFC Smart Gateway, UPI, or card).
● If paid via Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank account details for processing the refund.
● Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

5. Shipping for Returns

If your return is approved:
● For domestic returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup where possible.
● For international returns, customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed, as many of our products are made specifically to your specifications.
