We ship in 8-10 working days from the date of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, handling charges will apply based on the total order value.
Orders within India are shipped securely via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Maruti Couriers & DTDC.

Returns

Philu Martins operates on a pre-order basis, so we do not have return or exchange options for general reasons.
However, if your product has a genuine manufacturing defect or if you receive an incorrect item
(i.e., the product doesn’t match your order),we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

along with the defect or incorrect item, to help us process your request smoothly.
Our Quality Check team will respond promptly. Please ensure that the product tags remain intact.
The product must be unused and unworn. We will arrange for pickup and handle all related costs.
All original paperwork must be returned along with the product.
Please note, you must reach out within 48 hours upon receiving your order;
requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within one week of approval.
